The Capps Broadcast Group
has offices in Pendleton at 2003 NW 56th Dr.
They transmit KUMA 1290 AM, KUMA 107.7 FM,
KTIX 1240 AM, and KWHT 103/5 FM.
Pendleton is serviced by Charter
Communications. All television stations are
transmitted from Portland, Oregon, or
Kennewick/Pasco/Richland, Washington.
Local print media includes the East
Oregonian, which has a circulation of
approximately 10,500, the Pendleton Record,
Confederated Umatilla Journal, the Agri-Times,
and The Nickel. Regionally printed papers
include the Tri-City Herald, Walla Walla
Union-Bulletin, The Observer, and the
Oregonian.
